Your first hour at spawn
A noticeboard, a useful path and a small first contribution. Start with the world around you.
Start with the noticeboard
Before you rush toward the horizon, spend a little time in the shared settlement. Look for the world rules, a map of common spaces and an explanation of where new projects belong. In a real server, this is also where you would check the game version and connection guidance.
Find one useful route
Walk between the main meeting place, a workshop and the edge of the settlement. Notice how paths and signs help people find their way. A shared world becomes easier to join when its everyday routes make sense.
Choose a small contribution
You do not need to build a landmark on day one. Offer to sketch a path, write a clear sign or help a group plan its next room. Ask before changing an existing build and keep your first project easy to finish.
Leave yourself a next step
Before you leave, write down one place to explore or one person to ask about a project. Having a simple next step makes returning feel welcoming. This guide describes a fictional world; no game-specific mechanics or working server are implied.
